James – Executive Director of Finance and Resources

Tell us about your role and what you do within Cohese Healthcare

As Director of Finance and Resources I oversee the financial management of the business including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Additionally, I am responsible for the performance management of the business, reviewing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), assessing efficiency, and implementing measures to enhance overall performance. This includes ensuring that we report to our commissioners on time and that they pay us promptly. I also have overall responsibility for the HR and Projects functions at Cohese Healthcare.

What do you like most about your role?

I really enjoy that I get to work with so many different people from different areas of the business each with their own unique views and opinions. Working for a company that provides such a fantastic, and unique, service to both NHS and private patients is really motivating.

Tell us something interesting about yourself that most of us won’t know

I’m not going this year but I have been to Glastonbury Festival 12 times and look forward to taking my son when he gets a bit older.
