Please note at least two photos of each lesion are required preferably at differing angles (hold a ruler or tape measure beside the lesion to give our doctor an accurate size) this will enable us to forward the images to the surgeon at the clinic you have chosen who will review whether this is a procedure which we can undertake and confirm the cost of the procedure. Please note that each file must be no larger than 10MB, and you can upload up to 5 pictures in total.
Surgery location
We will match your surgical requirements to the most appropriate clinician and the venues that they operate.
Should there be any concerns on the day of the nature of the lesion we have the option to refer into NHS Cancer services and send your lesion for histological analysis.
Medical Details
You will need to provide details of your registered GP practice for any follow-up care and so that your medical records can be updated. Cohese Healthcare is not able to book patients for minor surgery who do not provide their GP’s details.
