Emma – Projects Manager
Emma was voted Employee of the Quarter for consistently demonstrating Cohese Healthcare’s values of honesty, integrity, getting things done, and making it human. She played a key role in leading the rebrand, working tirelessly with all teams to ensure a smooth and successful launch both internally and externally. Throughout the process, Emma supported colleagues with positivity, inclusivity, and care, managing a wide range complex tasks and problems efficiently while balancing a heavy workload. Her dedication, teamwork, and leadership have made the rebrand a real success and we cannot thank her enough for making this happen.
Nicki – Head of Operations
Nicki consistently demonstrates agility, integrity, and compassion in her role. She played a pivotal role in achieving the 6-week KPI for Gloucestershire Urology, ensuring patients were booked correctly and services ran smoothly—even amid challenges like clinic cancellations and staff shortages. Her leadership and collaboration with clinical teams led to the successful renewal of the urology contract and the launch of two new clinic locations. Nicki is a dependable source of support, always ready to help others with honesty, humility, and genuine care. She embodies Cohese Healthcare values in her actions and communication, making her a role model across the organisation
Chloe – Deputy HCA Manager and Logistics
Chloe is always reliable and helpful doing her best to ensure clinics run smoothly and coming up with different solutions. Chloe is great company in clinic, approachable and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is looked after. She is focused and a team player, willing to sort out problems as they arise with no complaining. Chloe shows honesty and humility when interacting with patients and adapts quickly to challenges. Chloe has a reputation for working hard, being reliable and helpful in all situations.
Chloe has recently taken on new roles as Logistics Coordinator and Deputy HCA Manager; she has taken to these really well and is applying Cohese Healthcare’s values to strengthen the links between the two departments. Chloe is a positive role model for HCAs and encourages high quality patient care whilst balancing practical tasks. Thank you, Chloe.
Lauren – HR & Business Support Administrator
Lauren is honest, transparent and demonstrates humility. People often do not know the amount of background work that she does to ensure things run smoothly including her work on the website, social media and organising the all staff away day. She is agile and not afraid to take on new tasks including recording and editing videos for the HSJ awards and more to help with service improvements. She is a also a key part of the Green Team. Lauren is a very positive member of the team and a great asset to Cohese Healthcare.
