Julie – Healthcare Assistant

Julie goes above and beyond in all areas, she is reliable and a joy to work with. She will always go the extra mile for her patients and colleagues, never leaving anything half done and treating everyone with compassion. Her handling of the recent care shown to a transport patient at 168 when transport failed was brilliant. Julie is so hardworking, kind, and helpful. She’s incredibly supportive in clinic, reliable and conscientious in everything she does.  

Ellice – Patient Support Coordinator

Ellice deserves huge recognition; she is an incredible asset to our Patient Support Team.  She is very organised, thorough, dedicated and treats all patients and colleagues with respect.  Ellice is wonderful in all her communications whether on the telephone or email, and is so patient, understanding, and approachable.  Ellice doesn’t flinch in a ‘crisis’ and deals professionally with challenges. Ellice is trustworthy and she can be relied on with any actions tasked to her and goes about everything with a smile and ‘can do’ attitude.

Emma – Projects Manager

Emma was voted Employee of the Quarter for consistently demonstrating Cohese Healthcare’s values of honesty, integrity, getting things done, and making it human. She played a key role in leading the rebrand, working tirelessly with all teams to ensure a smooth and successful launch both internally and externally. Throughout the process, Emma supported colleagues with positivity, inclusivity, and care, managing a wide range complex tasks and problems efficiently while balancing a heavy workload. Her dedication, teamwork, and leadership have made the rebrand a real success and we cannot thank her enough for making this happen.

Nicki – Head of Operations

Nicki consistently demonstrates agility, integrity, and compassion in her role. She played a pivotal role in achieving the 6-week KPI for Gloucestershire Urology, ensuring patients were booked correctly and services ran smoothly—even amid challenges like clinic cancellations and staff shortages. Her leadership and collaboration with clinical teams led to the successful renewal of the urology contract and the launch of two new clinic locations. Nicki is a dependable source of support, always ready to help others with honesty, humility, and genuine care. She embodies Cohese Healthcare values in her actions and communication, making her a role model across the organisation
