Mike Bishop
Non Executive Chair
Appointment: January 2018
I have spent over 35 years in the audit profession, working with Boards of companies of all sizes to help them understand the financial aspects of their decision making. More recently, I have been working in an International context, helping to shape and execute strategy for an accounting network within Europe, Middle East and Africa. What I have learned is that most things are possible if issues are well thought through and if you take people with you.
I was the appointed auditor to a number of organisations in the NHS in the mid 1990’s and whilst the organisational structure of the NHS has changed, many of its key issues are very familiar!
