Paulina’s Story
I'm learning something new all the time

Paulina – Patient Support Coordinator

Tell us about your role and what you do within Cohese Healthcare

I have worked as a patient coordinator for over a year focusing on both DVT and training on minor surgery. I basically book patients into clinics to have their legs scanned to see if there is a clot there. Plus all the admin bits that this includes like sending emails, creating reports etc.

What do you like most about your role?

It’s varied as not every day is the same. I get to help people and have chats with some lovely older patients. So far, I’m learning something new all the time as I get asked challenging questions or do things I haven’t done before/in a lot time.

Tell us something interesting about yourself that most of us won’t know

Hmm, I studied fine art photography, then realised I want to do something where I can help people.
