1. Travel along the A420 Bristol Road toward Marshfield
2. After approx.. 1 mile, turn left on to Middlefield Road and immediately bear right onto Middle Leaze
3. Hathaway Surgery is right next door to the Lloyds Pharmacy.

From Bristol:

1. Join the M4 towards London/Swindon
2. Exit M4 Junction 17, Chippenham
3. At the roundabout, take the 4^th exit onto A350
4. Pass through 3 roundabouts
5. At next roundabout take 1^st exit onto A420 /Bristol Road
6. Turn right onto Middlefield Road and immediately bear right onto Middle Leaze
7. Hathaway Surgery is right next door to the Lloyds Pharmacy.
